QUICK ANSWERS

My map won't load.

Refresh once. If it still hangs, it is almost always a tile hiccup on the provider side, and your work is saved. Email us the map link and we will check the logs.

A parcel is drawn wrong or the owner looks off.

Parcels and ownership come straight from the county record, so a county typo shows up as a county typo. Send us the parcel and we will verify against the source and flag it.

A retailer logo is missing.

Upload your own from the Logos panel and it maps natively. Also tell us the brand: 500 are in the system today and the list grows weekly.

Can I export at print resolution?

Yes. The snapshot tool exports PNG, JPG, WEBP, and PDF at 1x or 2x.
